At Poppy Natural, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@poppynatural.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case we will cover the cost and make it right at no charge to you.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
Non-Returnable Items Certain items marked as final sale on the product page are not eligible for return or refund.
