Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Times Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the supplier fulfilling your order:

• United States: 7–15 business days
• International: 14–30 business days

Please note these are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order total. Orders over $200 qualify for free standard shipping.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Multiple Shipments If your order contains items from different suppliers, they may arrive in separate packages at different times. You will be notified with individual tracking details for each shipment.

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
